How Arrive works
Using Arrive never affects your immigration status.
Only official sources
Answers come only from official pages of the Government of Canada (canada.ca), the Government of Ontario (ontario.ca) and the City of Ottawa (ottawa.ca). Every answer shows its source and when we last checked it. If the pages do not have the answer, we say so and offer a person.
Information, not advice
Arrive explains official information. It does not tell you what to decide about your own immigration case. For that, a settlement worker or a lawyer can help.
What we keep
For each question we keep only: the topic, the language, the city, and whether we could answer. This helps the government see what newcomers need.
Government staff only see totals. Groups smaller than 5 people are hidden.
What we never keep
Your questions, your name, your phone number, your email, your address or photos of your letters. If you ask to talk to a person, only what you write in that form is shared with a settlement worker, with your permission.
Voice and read aloud
Voice conversations and read-aloud audio are processed by our voice service, ElevenLabs. Answers are made with Google Gemini. Arrive does not keep your questions in its own records.
